Human Resource Management (HRM) begins with an appraisal of the abilities and objectives of each employee so as to provide in-house training best suited to their needs.

Human Resource Management encompasses the supervision and oversight of the Champagne-making process, using advanced data-processing and office automation systems to monitor such activities as:

  • the recording of grape deliveries in the stock control system;
  • administrative and financial management;
  • the management of Champagne sales in a range of countries with very different sales regulations.

The Human Resources team invariably includes an HR Process manager with the language skills required to handle international sales for a major Grande Marque Champagne House.
